1. Getting in touch
1.1 By e-mail
Write to the address on the Contact page with your order number in the subject line. We answer within two business days, and on the same day where we can.
2. Order issues
If an order arrives damaged, short, or not what was ordered, tell us within 14 days of delivery and keep the packaging — a photograph of it settles most cases in one message.
